Cannes in Spring: Hosting Outdoor Meetings

It is that time of the year again. Beautiful Cannes is about to be buzzing with the busyness of the MipTV market. One of the most wonderful parts about Cannes is the temperate weather. especially as many people are traveling to this market after going through intense winter months. So understandably people want to get outside. Normally this is hard to do when you are at a conference, but because the Palais has so many diverse stand locations, companies are able to have their own outdoor areas. 

However, outdoor spaces can be tricky. Sunshine, wind, and keeping the space corporate and work efficient takes some clever design.
