Be able to follow directions, read blueprints, and sketches

Have an understanding of CNC parts production and the ability to generate build lists
Be proficient in the use of all cabinetry shop equipment and tools
Be available and able to travel to installation sites
When necessary be available to work on evenings and weekends
Interact well with other team members
Be able to lead a small production team in the shop and on site
Load the correct equipment and tools properly, onto company vehicles for site work
Troubleshoot issues and be solution oriented
Attend production meetings as required
Communicate in a clear and concise manner
Possess professional interpersonal skills to interact with clients
Follow all safety regulations in the shop and on job sites.
Be able to operate well under pressure
Be able to lift 75 lbs.

CNC OPERATOR

Dependable attendance and punctuality
Be skilled in the execution of CNC parts production and the ability to generate cut lists
Be able to operate a computer as it pertains to CNC production and operation
Be able to follow directions
Be able multi-task and stay focused on critical objectives
Be accurate and detail oriented
When necessary be available to work on evenings and weekends
Interact well with other team members
Communicate in a clear and concise manner
Follow all safety regulations in the shop and on job sites.
Be able to operate well under pressure
Be able to lift 75 lbs.
